This class uses chants and Vinyasa Flow for the perfect combination of movement and meditation. Chanting in Yoga helps create a strong focus on spirituality and mindfulness. Thus helping you connect with your inner self while enhancing your mind/body awareness through invigorating movement. Vinyasa Yoga focuses on matching constant movement with the breath. Linking each pose with your inhales/exhales this class is perfect for those looking for something a little fast paced, want to build muscle, all while calming the mind and body.

- Sapling Yogi Package : 4 classes per month $ 35.00
- Budding Yogi Package: 5 classes per month $ 40.00
- Blooming Yogi Package: 8 classes per month $ 60.00
Note: It is always wise to get the green signal from your physician before starting any new exercise routine.
Do fill in additional forms (Health History form, Client intake form, and Liability Waiver form) email back prior to your yoga session or bring to the session.
Each in person yoga session duration is 60 minutes a typical session includes
- Prepping for the session setting intentions for the session
- Tuning in to Adi Mantra
- Pranayama
- Seated postures
- Kriyas
- Sitali Breath
- Svasana
- Journaling
Health and Wellness Consultation
Health and Wellness Consultation
- One on one session of 40 minutes duration.
- Client and Coach introductions
- Guidance for identifying and setting initial SMART goals
- Setting of follow up weekly 10 minute check-in for 6 weeks.
- A list of rituals, affirmations, routines to assist in reaching the health and wellness goals sent out after introductory consultation.
